5. Returns and Refund Policy

5.1 Eligible Refunds
Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
Defective or Invalid Product: Online/phone activation fails despite all troubleshooting efforts.
Requests must be submitted via email to Contact@keydigy.com within 15 days of purchase.
Defective licenses will be replaced or refunded at the customer’s discretion.
5.2 Ineligible Refunds
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Change of Mind: Customers who change their mind or place an order by mistake.
Incompatibility Issues: The software purchased is incompatible with the customer’s hardware or operating system. Examples include:
Purchasing Windows software for a Mac device.
Purchasing software intended for Windows 10 but using Windows 8.
After the Warranty Period: Refunds will not be issued after 1 year from the date of purchase (applies to Microsoft 365 Personal/Home packages only).
Local Device Issues: keydigy.com is not liable for issues caused by local computer problems or pre-existing conditions that prevent software from functioning properly.

If an activation issue cannot be resolved within 15 days of purchase:
Customers will receive a full refund immediately upon verification.
